Magnetic Bee Product Series
The MagBees Drilling Fluid Demagnetizer is purpose-built to protect rotary steerable systems and logging-while-drilling (LWD) instruments. Featuring a Halbach high-gradient magnetic circuit, it removes micron-sized iron filings from drilling mud, eliminating magnetic interference that can cause turbine stalling or directional data errors. Compatible with water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based muds, it offers automatic continuous sludge removal and operates in series with solids control systems without shutdown. This reduces tripping for maintenance, extends the service life of downhole precision tools, and minimizes non-productive time.
